Thank you for visiting our unique ceramic showroom.  We are located in beautiful Highlands Ranch Colorado. We take our inspiration from the natural beauty and movement of the Colorado Rockies and the beautiful people around us. We use locally sourced businesses, people, and products, when possible for our operations. All ceramics offered are individually handcrafted in Colorado through a collaboration of the human artist and the AI of a 3-D custom-designed and build ceramic 3-D printer, just for our purposes. We currently use Boulder Cone 6-10 Clay. No item is ever imported, so we are not affected by "Shipping Delays," if you are ordering ceramics from overseas.


We offer both completed ceramics and ceramics in Bisqueware form for you to complete for fun or to glaze and re-sell in your store.




What is Your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the insurance and shipping cost when returned, but if you purchase another item we will give you store credit for the cost of return shipping, for USA residents only, please.  

Returns are only available to the original purchasers, proof of purchase is required.


What if the Item Arrives Damaged?

(For United States Domestic Orders Only)

All items ship with insurance. If an item arrives damaged, because we produce one of a kind items, generally we need to just process the insurance and refund your money. In some cases, we can replace the item, but that is on a case-by-case basis, as many items can not be exactly reproduced. Bisqueware can be replaced upon request.
International Sales, Delivery, and Refunds?
(For All Purchases Outside the United States)


We do ship internationally on Pre-Paid Orders. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs and must include insurance. International sales are final. We do not make refunds or returns on international sales and if the item arrives damaged you are responsible for submitting an insurance claim for a refund. We will certainly help in any way we can to make sure any claim is appropriate. 


How Can I Order Quantity for My Organization or Store?

All items are individually handcrafted and no two items are ever exactly the same, although it could be the same Style of item. That being said we can provide your operation with a large quantity of almost any item we carry, or designs you may submit to use for possible production. For example, you want to order 10 Bisque-fired Style 78 Round Cups for your craft group to finish or to finish for your store for resale. Just contact us and we can talk about what Style you need, at what quantity, and discounts related to quantity purchases. Please remember although we can provide a good deal of product this is neither a manufacturing line, assembly line, or imported from outside the USA for refinishing. Each one is made with direct collaboration between our artist and a ceramic 3-D Printer. Each item no matter what the quantity or style will have anomalies unique to that printer, the artist, and that particular print, each piece, even the same Style, being completely unique. 

We Have the Option and Right to Cancel any Order for Any Reason.


Sometimes ceramics break in production or handling, or the whole inventory is purchased by bitcoin with a shipping address in the Antarctic, you know what I mean. Some of these items are not replaceable and as such we reserve the right to refund all monies for any completed purchase for any reason, without explanation. We will always work with every customer anywhere in the world to accommodate them. 


What are Your Delivery Options?


Free delivery, upon written request only, is available in the Denver Colorado, and surrounding areas. 

Otherwise, all the standard shipping options are available. If we do not provide an option you or your organization needs just let us know and we will make accommodations.

How do you Process Refunds?

Once we receive an item for return and it's in good condition. We will notify you of the status of your refund.


Once the refund is processed, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or method of original payment. 

Resale of Our Products Prohibited.

Resale of our product purchased by you can not be resold by any commercial method without our express written authorization and agreement, which may include additional cost and recognition. At no time is any item we produce to be displayed in any gallery, show or fair of any nature without our express written approval and agreement. 


           BISQUEWARE EXEMPTED: Bisqueware purchased from our Bisqueware Store is not subject to this clause or resale restrictions. All Bisqueware can be resold for any purpose without any licensing, either as Bisqueware or completed ceramics for resale, with or without producer recognition.
